Both pads are built the same way. The Walnut body is drilled out to house a CYD8012 10W Qi transmitter module, with Kapton tape separating the ferrite sheet and coil from the driver board. The base is sealed with a glued 1/4 inch birch plywood panel and finished with a rubber anti-slip pad.
